Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy in resonance frequency with an effect of an antenna port suppressed as well as to prevent a vacuum window from being damaged by permitting only the combined loop of an antenna to pass through the entrance of the antenna port which is formed in a slit shape. CONSTITUTION:The opening section of an antenna port 2a is formed into a slit which is large enough in size only for the combined loop 7 of an antenna to pass through. This thereby enables an effect to resonance frequencies due to the leakage of electric fields to the antenna port within a cavity main body 1 to be suppressed, thereby making it possible to enhance accuracy in frequency. In addition, the slit is small and is covered with the combined loop, a vacuum window made of ceramics is thereby hardly exposed to beams, so that the window can therefore be prevented from being damaged by the beams.
