Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet excellent in antistaining properties and scratch resistance by using a transfer film having such a structure that a polyester film, a release coat layer, a resin coat layer and a hot-melt coat layer are successively laminated from the surface of the transfer film. CONSTITUTION:A preheated first polyvinyl chloride sheet 7 is bonded to a heating drum 10 under pressure and other polyvinyl chloride sheet 6 is further bonded thereon under pressure and a transfer film 5 is bonded to the sheet 6. The transfer film 5 is formed by successively laminating a polyester film 1, a release coat layer 2, a resin coat layer 3 and a hot-melt coat layer 4 from the surface of the film 5. The release layer 2 is used to prevent too-quick release or adhesion and the resin coat layer 3 is properly selected to make it possible to prevent the generation of a crack or sinking in at the time of membrane press molding.
