Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To heighten a decontamination factor of processing equipment of the waste solution of nitric acid including a radioactive substance. CONSTITUTION:Collecting electrodes 5a of a electric precipitator 5 is provided to a freeze-drying vessel 1 to freeze the nitric acid waste liquid 2 including a radioactive substance and subsequently to vacuum drying, and fine solid particles and inorganic salt vapor are scavenged. Therewith, sublimation heat is supplied to the freezed body of the waste by the radiant heat of a discharge, sublimation is promoted, and the vapor evaporated by a freeze-drying vessel is condensed and scavenged by a cold trap 6 connected through a vacuum connecting pipe 7.
