Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the exchange of batteries by providing a switch doubling as a clearing means which functions as a clear signal input means when a CPU is reset and then as another means when the CPU is not reset respectively. CONSTITUTION:A reset signal holding means holds a reset signal with the input operation of one of switch matrices 17a serving es the reset signal input means before a battery 11 is replaced with another. Then a CPU 13 is reset with the reset signal and the battery 1 is replaced, and the holding state of the reset signal holding means is released with the input operation of one of switch matrices 17b serving as the switches that double as the clearing means. Thus the reset state of the CPU 13 is canceled. In such a way, the exchange of batteries 11 can be facilitated.
