WORK PUSH OUT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make simplify the constitution of the above work push out device which pushes out a work in a direction crossing a carrying-in direction and also in a state in which the whole of the work front is exposed, by providing at a push out starting point a work clamp portion and guards that are in positions to prevent the work from falling forward at the time of the work being carried in and also to release the work at the time of pushing out. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the maximum retreat of the piston rod 11a of a hydraulic cylinder 1, a work W is delivered into a push out starting point sphere divided by means of a hydraulic cylinder 35 and closed condition guard arms 2, in a direction meeting at right angles with a paper surface, and is supported on a head bottom plate 31 as it is prevented from falling forward by means of guard arms 2 that it in a closed condition. At this time, the small diameter portion W1 of the work W is pinchingly held by actuating a pressing arm 34 by means of the hydraulic cylinder 35, and when the work W is pushed out by actuating a hydraulic cylinder 1, guard arms 2 are linkingly pushed by means of ceiling plates 32, and turned in a closure release direction, and pushing out becomes possible.
