Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable efficient scheduling without any full-time worker by automatically executing lot division and process development based on an ordering order, preparing a work order for each process, afterwards, successively allocating the work orders to the top priority machine, and designing work. CONSTITUTION:A processor 10 is composed of various processing programs such as lot division 1, process development 2, dispatching 3 or the like, memory 4 and files such as a work order file 6 or the like. The lot division 1 executes division into a manufacture lot order for each lot based on the maximum and minimum sizes set in advance concerning the inputted ordering order. The process development 2 executes development to the work order for each process based on the number of processes in the manufacture lot order. The dispatching 3 temporarily decides any one of the machine under executing similar work, machine having the highest priority order, and machine which can start the work earliest, and selects the work order by adopting a work order priority rule.
