CONSTITUTION: A controller 14 for evaluating a slip signal can control a control member 16 comprising an adjustment lever 20, the control member is used as an operating member through an one-way clutch 28 and a transmitting member 26, and a stop lever 11 of an injection pump 2 is moved and adjusted in the direction to reduce the output of the diesel engine 1.
