Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve transmission efficiency and reduce maintenance by using a transparent film for a cylindrical Fresnel lens. CONSTITUTION:A metallic die with a dense pitch is heated and pressed on one face of a transparent film to mold a linear Fresnel lens 1, which is bent into a cylindrical shape, and a seam is stuck to form a cylindrical shape. A solar cell panel 3 is molded at the upper section of the inner face of a cover 2 of transparent silicone 4, the heat radiation effect is improved, the temperature rise of the panel 3 is suppressed, the light condensing effect is obtained by the lend effect together with the sphere of the top face, and the power generation performance of the panel 3 is improved. A blinker unit 7 is fitted to the upper section of the cover 2, lead wires 5 of the panel 3 are stored in a blinker unit case 6, an open circuit due to tension is prevented, and water infiltration into the blinker unit 7 can be prevented even if water infiltrates into the cover 2 and is accumulated at the lower section. The transmission efficiency of the lens 1 is improved, and no maintenance is required at all.
