OPENING ROLLER FOR SPINNING MACHINERY

PURPOSE: To make an opening effect of a dust-removing machine more effective i.e., to open fed fiber flocks more effectively and if possible kindly so as not to generate fibrous waste as much as possible with a prescribed power consumption or with a small power consumption as much as possible. CONSTITUTION: This opening roller is provided by installing a beater element inclined against the surface of the opening roller to which the beater element is attached. In other words, the beater element does not have a surface simply directed in its radial direction relative to the rotary axial line of the opening roller any more. As an effective opening is to powerfully open a large fiber flock to many small fiber flocks and also open in accordance with a principle of cotton dust removal meaning primarily that the dust removal is nothing but to open the fiber flock into many fibers, and thus remove foreign materials attached to the fiber itself and also between fibers further better.
