Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform perfect filling of a polyurethane foam in a wall panel by a simple manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane foam 22 is scattered in the first wall face material in a thin box shape consisting of a frame body 11 and a surface wall face material 12 and during expanding of the polyurethane, a surface wall face material 13 in a flat sheet shape is brought into contact with the frame body from the upper side and is fixed. As the expanding polyurethane foam has self-adhesiveness, after expansion is completed, the surface wall face material 13, the back wall face material 12 and the frame body 11 are integrally and strongly adhered and fixed and the whole manufacturing process is finished by taking out a supporting mechanism 21.
