Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a carbon black-compounded rubber composition improved in the defeats of carbon black-compounded rubber by using conventional plasticizers and softening agents, having highly improved processability, and giving cured products having greatly improved rubber physical properties, mechanical strength, etc. CONSTITUTION:A rubber composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a solid rubber, (B) 0.2-30 pts.wt. of a liquid resin produced by addition-reacting a phenolic compound to a dienic polymer or copolymer having a number-average mol.wt. of 300-10000, and (C) 20-200 pts.wt. of carbon black.
