CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING WITH SUSPENDED FLOOR

PURPOSE:To rationalize the building construction, by constructing a building suspending and supporting a multi-layer floors by the uppermost structure from the uppermost story to lower stories in turn around the core part, after the core part and the uppermost structure has completely constructed. CONSTITUTION:The uppermost structure 3 is constructed on the core part 1 and necessary numbers of center hole type lift up jack 9 are placed thereon. Next, a suspending columns 4 having the length of the full height to the highest level are hung from the structure 3. Next, after the floor 2m of the uppermost story is assembled on the lowermost story and it is attached to the lower end of step rod 10 of a jack 9, the jack 9 is lifted up by one story height to joint the next floor of lower story. And this process is repeated to construct the floors of whole stories. And then the floor 2m is jointed with the structure 3 and further the floors of respective stories are connected to the core part 1 and the columns 4. In this way, it becomes unnecessary to install temporary columns under the suspending columns, to arrange piles or the like, to carry out removal works, and to reinforce the suspending columns.
