CONSTITUTION: In a wiping-off tool for a test strip, a wiping-off bar 18 extends into an opening part 20 and a test strip 14 is drawn into the opening part 20 and, when a reagent pad 16 is passed under the wiping-off bar 18, the excessive liquid sample 12 on the reagent pad 16 is removed.
