AUTO-FUSION-BOND FIXING YARN

PURPOSE:To prevent the fraying and the falling-off of a fixing yarn, and keep sufficient adhesion without being expanded and dissolved by refrigerant, by impregnating the fixing yarn with adhesive resin which is fusion-bonded to an auto-fusion-bond enameled wire and has resistance to Freon. CONSTITUTION:A fixing yarn 1 is wound around a coil body 5 and keeps the coil shape, which coil is constituted by winding an auto-fusion-bond enameled wire 4 in a coil type. Said yarn is impregnated with adhesive resin 3 which is fusion-bonded to said enameled wire 4. Said resin 3 is composed of the following: 100wt.% of phenoxy resin or copolymer phenoxy resin expressed by a formula I, and 20-100wt.% of alkyl etherified melamine resin expressed by a formula II. Thereby the trouble that the fixing yarn 2 which has fallen off from the coil gets entangled in a motor shaft and the trouble that a bonded layer is extracted by Freon and the extracted material is deposited in a hermetic motor can be prevented.
