CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm 7 loaded with pressure has a first surface region 16 fitted to the width of a cleaning cloth web 4 and projected so as to enable the contact with the cleaning cloth web and second surface regions 18.1, 18.2 offset by a step 17 with respect to the first surface region.
