CONNECTOR

PURPOSE:To provide a connector including a thermal fuse for an electric carpet or the like in which a large current flows as a connection device for the thermal fuse which makes a safe and stable action. CONSTITUTION:A connector pin receiving blade 2 formed of a spring material, and a thermal fuse 6 are caulked with a lead 21 of the thermal fuse 6 preliminarily, where a caulking position is set between the thermal fuse 6 and a sport weld 5 as a post process, and a lead 61 and the receiving blade 2 are spot welded to compose a connector including the thermal fuse 6. The thermal fuse to be connected with a pin of the connector is preliminarily caulked, where its caulking position is set between the thermal fuse and the spot weld as the post process, it is connected by spot welding after this, so heat transmission to the thermal fuse at the time of spot welding can be prevented, and abrasion by fine slide at a caulked part is eliminated, thereby the connector can be obtained to achieve a safe and stable action.
