ENDOCELIAL CELL ADHESION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To manufacture a simple and reliable endothelial graft using the capillary endothelial cells collected from a patient to be transplanted by collecting fat from the patient in a kit in the sterilized state, machining the fat into an endothelial cell product, and sticking the product to the surface of the graft. CONSTITUTION: A collecting device collecting subcutaneous fat from a patient is constituted of a cylindrical chamber 54. A fat tissue sample is washed with a washing liquid by a digestive device 16, an excreta inlet/outlet 32, an endothelial cell separating device 30, and a digestive unit constituted of a collagenase solution IV bag set and a liquid control/system vacuum source control box 27, and the fat tissue sample is digested by enzyme collagenase and vacuum-transferred to the endothelial cell separating device 30. The fat tissue sample is heated by a heating pad 52 in a trough 50, endothelial cells and a blood serum culture medium solution pass through a spiral mesh assembly 34, and a graft is filtered while the endothelial cells are left on an inner vaginal wall.
