SPLIT STATOR CORE FOR MOTOR

PURPOSE:To provide a split stator core for motor in which press fit of pole part core and yoke part core causes no dimensional variation of the inner diameter of the pole part core. CONSTITUTION:A pole part core 1 is constituted of a plurality of pole teeth 2 having tapered fitting parts 4. A yoke part core 7 forms a plurality of grooves 9 to be fit with the fitting parts 4 of the pole teeth 2 and coupled thinly at the outer peripheral coupling parts 10 of yoke. When the pole core 1 is press fit in the yoke core 7, the yoke coupling part 10 enlarges radially outward because the fitting parts 4 and the fitting grooves 9 are tapered. Adverse effect of press fit of the pole part core 1 on the inner diameter dimension is prevented through that function.
