Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To resolve difficulty of maintenance when a boxform relay incorporating a first branch part, a second flow rate control device, a fourth flow rate control device, and a second branch part is suspended in a ceiling and to provide an air-conditioning device which prevents entrance of high temperature high humidity air to a relay to prevent adhesion of quantities of condensate on a piping surface because of a piping through which a low temperature refrigerant flows being arranged in a relay. CONSTITUTION:The rear rise part of an under surface panel 51 of a boxform relay is rotatably locked to the rear parts of side panels 52 and 53 on both sides. When the under surface panel 51 is rotated upward for locking, a semicircular notch is formed in each of the front rise parts of a front panel 56 and the under surface panel. A resilient substance is wound around the outer periphery of a connection pipe, lead out to the outside through a through-hole, so that the size thereof is increased to a value higher than that of the through-hole. Through the resilient action of the resilient substance, the outer periphery of the resilient substance is brought into close contact with the inner periphery of the through-hole.
