Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform a fine temperature adjustment in an air conditioning system in which refrigerant in an indoor device and a condenser is circulated by a pump to perform a cooling or indoor area by a method wherein disadvantages such as a cavitation or the like are not generated even if a supply ing of refrigerant into the indoor device is stopped during an operation of the pump. CONSTITUTION:An indoor device 3 is provided with a temperature sensor 6, a valve 7 and a controller 8 for use in controlling a flow rate of refrigerant. A refrigerant supplying pipe 12 and a refrigerant discharging pipe 13 for the indoor device 3 are connected by a connector pipe 10 and at the same time a liquid receiver 9 is installed in a path of the connector pipe 10. As the valve 7 is closed, the refrigerant flowing in the circulation path is flowed toward the liquid receiving device 9, and as the liquid receiving device 9 is filled with refrigerant, the refrigerant returns from the connector pipe 10 to a condenser 1 through a discharging pipe 13, so that even if the valve 7 is kept closed, no cavitation is generated at the pump.
