Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To secure multifarious cops in a precision cross winding device provided with plural winding units, by changing a take-up pitch of each winding unit in all spindles simultaneously according to the extent of sizing skein. CONSTITUTION:A control panel B, controlling each clutch installed in a variable interlocking means for a traverse camshaft and a spindle at each winding unit, is installed in place adjacent to a precision traverse motion device provided with these plural winding units A, and a transmission gear ratio of the veriable speed interlocking means is varied by selecting the control panel B.
