Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a method for immunologically measuring a ligand capable of detecting it with high accuracy, excellent reproducibility and high specific properties and a reagent suitable for the method. CONSTITUTION: The method for immunologically measuring a ligand comprises the steps of reacting the ligand to be measured with a receptor R from at least two molecules of at least one labeled of a substance P2 having specific bondability and a bonding part P1 having a monovalent bondability for the P2 and a bond site R1 for the ligand, and further measuring the label. The reagent contains the substance P2 having at least partly labeled specific bondability and receptor R from the bonding part P1 having at least monovalent bondability and the bonding site R1 to the ligand to be measured.
