Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To easily and reliably check existence of sealant in an overpressure valve by introducing liquid sealant into the overpressure valve at a higher temperature than an ambient temperature and by continuously monitoring a temperature of the valve by an infrared sensor. CONSTITUTION: A delivering device 30 of sealant makes a small amount of sealant flow out to a nozzle 21 as sealant drips 6 and introduces into a prepared overpressure valve 1. A monitor 4 is provided to check whether the amount of sealant has been introduced into each valve 1, and it includes a temperature sensor for responding to difference in temperatures between a measurement point and surroundings. In order for the monitor 4 to respond when the sealant exists in the valve 1, the sealant is introduced into the valve 1 at a higher temperature than an ambient temperature. The sealant is heated by a heating cartridge 24 immediately before being introduced into the valve 1. When temperature difference is detected for the checked valve 1, the valve 1 is fixed to a packaging container, while a protrusion is disposed of when no difference is detected.
