Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the protein contained in rice from being reacted with the oxygen in the air and denatured by oxidation and prevent the generation of bugs by reducing the oxygen concentration of a rice storage section, and enriching nitrogen. CONSTITUTION:A rice storage section 1 for storing rice, a measurement section 5 for measuring rice, an oxygen removing module 11 for removing the oxygen of the rice storage section 1, and a decompression pump 12 are provided. The oxygen concentration of a rice storage section 1 is reduced, nitrogen is enriched, the protein contained in rice is prevented from being reacted with the oxygen in the air and denatured by oxidation, and the generation of bugs is prevented.
