Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To quickly exchange rollers even when a heavy material is wound in a support roller type winder. CONSTITUTION: A web 5 is weakened in front of a support roller, and adhesive is applied to the weakened part. The weakened position is moved into a roller bed 3 and held therein, and a new web start part is fixed on the support roller 1. The web 5 is ruptured due to turn of a full pipe 4, an end part of the web is fixed on the full pipe 4, and then the full pipe 4 is separated from the roller bed 3 to affix the new web start part on the roller due to turn of both support rollers 1, 2 after inserting a new winding pipe 16.
