Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the design of a product in the course of production in an early stage by making a computer network execute such a task that a person in charge of maintenance feeds back information related to repairing to a factory through a business department by an on-line mode at every repairing. CONSTITUTION:Quality data at a customer side is inputted from the terminal 1 of every special agent, and is edited by the computer 2 of each business office. This result is sent to a large-size computer 3, and the result edited for each factory is stored in a large-scale storage device connected to the large-size computer 3. The large-scale storage device 3 is provided with a mail box function, and can be referred to always from the large-size computers 5 (factory 1) to (factory 4) of each factory. The person in charge of maintenance like a service man to deal with a customer enters the type of the product, the phenomenon of a fault, parts, and the contents of dealing and the like in a card with prescribed format every time he executes the repairing at a spot, and inputs the contents of this card from the terminal of a general-purpose large-size computer installed at the business department.
