CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by combining a polypeptide having biological activity, especially somatotropin with one or more tocopherols selected from tocopherol acetate, tocopherol and its derivative and a retardation auxiliary and is capable of continuously releasing the polypeptide having biological activity in vivo when parenterally administered.
