Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce a power consumption at the operating time by applying the output signals of the prebuffer to the gates of the transistors on the output stage through the transistor gates and controlling the transmission gates with the input signals and output signals of the prebuffers. CONSTITUTION:The signals outputted from the prebuffers (a), (b) are transmitted to each gate of PMOS, NMOS transistors Q5, Q6 on the output stage through the transmission gates Q1-Q4, and the gates Q1-Q4 are controlled by an input I and the signals outputted from the buffers (a),(b). At the output 4, the Q6 is transferred to the ON state after the Q5 is transferred to the OFF state, when the level is changed to the L-level from H-level. Also, when the level is changed to the H-level from L-level at the output 4, the Q5, is transferred to the ON state after the Q6 is previously transferred to the OFF state. As the result, the time when the Q5, Q6 become the ON state is shortened and a feed-through current is reduced, then the power consumption at the operating time can be reduced.
