BEARING DEVICE AND PNEUMATIC ROTARY DEVICE USING SAME

PURPOSE:To improve quality and durability by forming a gap between a rotary shaft and a bearing and allowing the gap to communicate to at least two spaces generating each internal pressure difference. CONSTITUTION:A gap 38 between a bearing 16 and a rotary shaft 13 communicates to a low pressure space through a bearing holder 12, and the right side direction of the gap 38 communicates to a high pressure space through a lubricating agent chamber 20. In order to secure this constitution, the internal pressure difference is generated by the revolution of the rotary shaft or using other device. In the bearing device, an air stream is generated by the internal pressure difference, and the air stream intrudes into the lubricating agent chamber 20 through a cut part 24 formed on a protecting cover 23, and the lubricating agent 21 is pulled on the rotary shaft 13 from the cut part 22, and further the air stream pulls the lubricating agent 21 to the gap 38 and a spiral groove 17, and a proper quantity is stored in the width of the bearing 16, and the contact surface with the rotary shaft 13 is made uniform.
