COLUMN BODY AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obviate the construction of a derrick or a large-sized crane and assemble a columnar body safely by raising and lowering a centering to insert and connect unit columns successively downward of a mast. CONSTITUTION:A hold-bar 1 is provided to the foundation of a pylon, a square mast M is placed on the center of a base plate F, a centering 6 and a roller frame 8 are respectively inserted in the lower and upper parts of the mast to interlock, and the hold-bar 1 is used to load a turning table 3 and a boom 5 on the mast M. After that, side holders S and S are fixed on the base plate F, a ceiling holder H divided into two parts lengthwise is suspended between the side holders to secure them as a unit. Then, the centering 6 is raised to push the mast M up to the position of the ceiling holder H, and unit columns U1 and U2 are inserted and connected downward thereof. Then, after the roller frame 8 is interlocked with the ceiling H, the centering 6 is raised and lowered to insert and connect the unit columns U1 and U2 successively downward of the mast M. After column bodies are pushed up to a self-supporting height, the lower ends of them are fixed on the base plate F.
