Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a double layer plated steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and workability by successively forming a Zr plating layer and an aluminizing layer on the surface of a steel sheet into laminated state. CONSTITUTION:A Zr plating layer is formed as a first layer on the surface of a steel sheet, and an aluminizing layer is formed as a second layer on the above layer. It is preferable that, as to respective thicknesses of these plating layers, the thicknesses of the Zr plating layer and the aluminizing layer are regulated to >=0.05mum and >=0.5mum, respectively, and the total film thickness is regulated to 0.55-20mum and, further, the thickness of the Zr plating layer is regulated so that it comprises
