Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a compound magnetic core improved in magnetic properties by a simplified manufacturing process by working a hoop (strip) where a composition or a crystalline structure is changed in a longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A hoop where the kind of material is changed in a longitudinal direction is produced by exerting joining by means of spot or narrow gap welding or is produced by a physical vapor deposition method and subsequent thermal diffusion, a chemical vapor deposition method, etc. A toroid coil or cut coil is formed by working the above hoop. Because excess gap and decrease in area ratio can be removed by this method, the magnetic properties of the magnetic core can be improved, and further, manufacture can be automated and the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced.
