Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes and to improve operation efficiency by fusion-cutting like frill and welding the superimposed part of thermoplastic sheets simultaneously and continuously and forming it. CONSTITUTION:A desired thermoplastic sheet 1 is superimposed into at least layers, and it is transferred to the working treatment part in a ultra-sonic welding mechanism 11 along the transferring line in the regular direction to the rotating direction of a rotary roller 12. Then the superimposed part of the thermoplastic sheet 1 is fusion-cut like frill and is welded and then is formed simultaneously and continuously by a frill like fusion cut-treating die 13 and a heat weld-treating die 14 of the rotary roller 12.
