GABLE PANEL CARRIER HOIST LINE IN PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HOUSING UNIT

PURPOSE:To improve productivity by providing a reciprocating rail with which a panel is moved from the arrangement position of a gable panel carrier conveyer to an assembly point, on a ceiling rail, and by arranging a plurality of hoists on the reciprocating rail, so as to carry out sending work of gable panel in the middle of assembly work. CONSTITUTION:A fourth ceiling rail 34 is provided between an arrangement point B of a carrier conveyer 25 of gable panels 3, 4, and an assembly point A of a housing unit 5, and the ceiling rail 34 is composed of seven rails 35-41. The gable panels 3, 4 are lifted by hoists 42, 43 respectively, and are carried from one of going rails 35-38 correspondent to the size of a unit 5 to the assembly point A on supporting boards 48, 49, in the vertical position. The panels are put on the supporting boards 48, 49 at proper width position, and are assembled along with a ceiling panel 1, and a floor panel 2. After the panels are put on, hoists 42-46 separated from the gable panels 3, 4, are returned from returning rails 39, 40 to the arrangement point B, and next gable panels 3, 4 are lifted and are sent to the assembly point A.
