Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent flow-out of slag at end stage of molten steel discharge and to improve the yield by pouring molten steel into a ladle, adding a slag solidifying agent, solidifying the slag and discharging the molten steel from the discharging nozzle after opening hole in the solidified slag at position just above the discharging nozzle. CONSTITUTION:After pouring the molten steel 3 into the ladle 1, by adding the slag solidifying agent, the slag 4 is solidified. The hole 6 is opened on the solidified slag 4 at just above the position of the discharging nozzle 2. At the time of continuing to discharge the molten steel from the discharging nozzle 2 under this condition, even in the case the position of the slag lowers at the end stage of molten steel discharge, as the slag in under solidified condition, the slag is difficult to be involved into vortex 5 developed at upper part of the discharging nozzle 2 and therefore, the flow-out of slag is delayed and becomes a little. In comparison with the case of solidified-state of the slag 4 and the case of molten-state of the slag, the surface height of the molten steel 3 at the time of starting the flow-out solidified slag is lower than the surface height of the molten steel 3 at the time of starting the flow-out of molten slag. |
