Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To uniformize the flow state of a powder and to always uniformly distribute the power regardless of an increase or decrease in the flow rate of the powder by using a static mixer and a powder outflow pipe having a partition wall. CONSTITUTION:The upper end opening 24b of a powder outflow pipe 24 of which the upper half part is divided by a partition wall 27 and the lower half part is formed into branch pipes 28,29 is matched with the lower end opening 23c of a static mixer 23. A powder is allowed to flow in the upper end opening 23d of the mixer 23 to be allowed to naturally fall within the mixer 23. Subsequently, the powder is allowed to flow out of the lower end opening 23c of the mixer 23 and, further, allowed to flow down through the powder outflow pipe 24 to be distributed. As a result, it is unnecessary to perform special adjustment according to an increase or decrease in the flow rate of the powder and the powder can be always equally distributed. Further, the adhesion of the powder is reduced and the necessity of cleaning becomes min. and maintenance becomes well.
