Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To regulate the production amount of mixed, fluid by a method in which materials according to a set amount for a production controller are charged into a mixer, the mixed fluid is injected into soil by a treating machine, the residual amount of mixed fluid in an agitator is detected by a sensor, and when excavating final pile, the set value is varied. CONSTITUTION:Materials are weighed by a material charger M1 and charged into a mixer M2 according to a set amount by a controller M7. The mixed fluid obtained by batch production is charged into an agitator M3 and sent to a treating machine M4 while weighing its flow rate by a flow meter M5 by a pump 6. The mixed fluid is injected into soil while excavating the ground by the machine M4, and the residual amount of the mixed fluid in the agitator M3 is detected by a detector M8. In a unit used amount calculator M10, the used amount of the mixed fluid per unit depth is calculated, and also the necessary amount for excavating the residual depth of final pile is calculated. By excluding the residual amount by the detector M8, the set value of the charger Ml is varied by an altering means M11 to adjust the amount of production. The wasting use of the materials can thus be prevented.
