MOLD STRUCTURE OF WHEEL FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the productivity by coating while electrically discharging coating material of ceramic material to a part corresponding to the circumferential part of opening part in forming face of a lower mold and applying the coating material of ceramic material to the remained part in the forming face of lower mold. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold 2 having a forming face 2a corresponding to inside face of a disk part and the lower mold 3 having the forming face 3a corresponding to outside face of the disk part, are arranged in a mold for forming wheel for vehicle. Then, at least to a part X corresponding to the peripheral part of opening part A in the forming face 6a of lower mold 3 in the upper and lower molds 2, 3, the coating material of ceramic material is coated as electrically discharging. Together with this, to the remained part in the forming face 3a of lower mold 3, the coating material 9 of ceramic material is applied. By this method, degree of freedom in design of peripheral shape in the opening part of disk part is improved.
