Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make the relative speed of the speed of inner side faster than that of the outer side on the strip carrying time, to separate one the other and to prevent the damage of strip by arranging plural pieces of driving rolls supporting the lower end part of strip radially from the central part, and forming them to the same diameter along the rotary shaft direction. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of the driving rolls 22 which can drive and turn while supporting the lower end part of the strip 1 are arranged radially from the central part of the looping device body. And because the driving rolls 22 is formed to the same diameter along the rotary shaft, the frictional resistance of the strip 1 between the driving rolls 22 is reduced, the relative speed of strip 1 is made its inner side faster than the outer side, they are carried so as to be separated and the slip between both is eliminated or reduced, so the strip is prevented from damaging.
