Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an antihyperlipemic agent exhibiting remarkably increased medicinal effect and decreased side action by combining an antihyperlipemic agent based on a squalene epoxidase inhibiting action with another hypolipemic agent based on the other activity mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The objective antihyperlipemic agent is a combination of (A) an antihyperlipemic agent based on a squalene epoxidase inhibiting action {e.g. (E)-N-ethyl-N-(6,6-dimethyl-2-hepten-4-ynyl)-3-[4-(3-thienyl)-2-thieny lmethyloxy] benzylamine hydrochloride} and (B) another hypolipemic agent based on the other activity mechanism (e.g. HMG-CoA reductase inhibiting agent, nicotinic acid-type agent, clofibrate-type agent, anion exchange resin or probucol-type agent). The combination is useful for the treatment and/or prevention of hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipemia or arteriosclerosis.
