Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To execute the cutting off and connection of a hose quickly and automatically, by installing a coupling, and the nipple fixed with its insertion therein respectively to the end of a connecting hose, and inserting a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:On actuation of air cylinders 18A, 18B of a coupling holing plate 11, a sleeve holding plate 20 is pulled to the coupling holding plate 11 side, and the ball locking state by the sleeve 22 of a coupling 17 and nipple 16 is released. Then, the shaft center of the coupling 17 and that of the nipple 16 are aligned on the coaxis with a cutting tool post being moved to beams 7A, 7B side, and the nipple 16 is slowly inserted into the connection port 23 of the coupling 17. The cutting tool post is stopped where the nipple 16 is abutted and coming in completely, the sleeve holding plate 20 is extruded by actuating air cylinders 18A, 18B, and the coupling 17 and nipple 16 are fixed by a ball locking.
