Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title powder of excellent powder flow by granulating a polytetrafluoroethylene powder and a hydrophobic filler by agglomeration under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A polytetrafluoroethylene powder and a hydrophobic filler (e.g. gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-treated glass fiber powder) are agitated in water in the presence of a fluoroalkyl alcohol (e.g. 5-fluoropropanol), and a water-insoluble organic liquid (e.g. CFC-112) is added to the mixture to granulate them by agglomeration.
