Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To avoid repetitive reversion of a motor and to improve the durability by providing a driving means for making a solar battery automatically track the sun, which is constructed so that when the solar battery output is out due to solar eclipse, a solar battery holding plate is rotated in the reverse direction by the urging force of a spring wound up during the sun tracking rotation. CONSTITUTION:In a mounting device of a solar battery in a space flying body, when the sunshine starts, a solar battery 1b generates power, the power flows through an electromagnet 2 through a wiring 3, a rotating shaft 1a of a solar battery holding plate 1 is adsorbed to a rotating shaft of a motor 10 by the magnetic force to make sun tracking rotation in the direction of the rotating direction 20 with the motor 10. By this rotation, a spring 4 is wound up. When the power generation of the solar battery 1b is out due to solar eclipse, the magnetic force of the electromagnet 2 is lost, the solar battery holding plate 1 is rotated in the reverse direction in the direction of the rotating direction 21 by the unwinding torque of the spring 4, and when a detent 5 is brought into contact with a detent 12, it returns to its initial holding state to complete the operation during one round of an orbit. Thus, the motor 10 is continuously rotated to be protected from abrasion due to repetitive reverse rotation.
