Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a surface-protection tape for surface-treated metal plate enabling easy curing of an exterior panel, etc., without taking time by adding a pigment having low color value to a substrate material and applying an adhesive layer to the surface of the obtained substrate having low color value. CONSTITUTION:A pigment having low color value such as black pigment is incorporated in a substrate 12 made of soft vinyl chloride resin, etc., to make the substrate to have low color value. An adhesive such as acrylic adhesive is applied to both principal surfaces of the substrate 12 to form adhesive layers 14,16 and obtain the objective protection tape which gives little adhesive residue on the protecting object compared with conventional protection tape.
