CONSTITUTION:A 2nd arm 18 is driven with its rotation around a 2nd axis so that the distance between a 1st axis and a hand 30 fitted to the terminal of the 2nd arm 18 becomes in the same distance as that between the part to be placed of a rack 96 which places this hand 30 with its removal hereafter and the 1st axis. Then the 2nd axis is fixed, a 1st arm 16 is rotated around the 1st axis, the hand 30 of the terminal of the 2nd arm 18 is fitted to a corresponding rack 96.
