CULTIVATION OF PLANT AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To culture a plant with a simple apparatus and easily control the culture liquid by forming a trough-shaped culture tray with artificial soil and a sheet for tray. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular sheet 2 such as a plastic film is folded into two in the direction of width to form a channel for a culture liquid. Artificial soil 1 such as foamed plastics is put into the upper joint part of the sheet 2. Seed is sowed or a plant seedling 3 is planted on the artificial soil 1 in the above trough-shaped tray. The tray is inclined at a proper angle, a culture liquid supplying device is placed at the upper end and a culture liquid reservoir is placed at the lower end of the tray. The plant is cultured by supplying a culture liquid from the culture liquid supplying device and allowing the liquid to flow down through the trough-shaped tray.
