Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for finishing work by a lathe, etc. after molding, to simplify a manufacturing process and to prevent the wasteful loss of a resin raw material by cutting work by forming a narrow annular opening section for injecting a resin to the top face of a mold for molding a solid tire and slowly injecting a synthetic-resin stock solution along the wall surface of the mold or a rim fitting from the annular opening section. CONSTITUTION:A mold (1) has a bottom force (4) and a circular recessed section (5) in a top face thereof. A cylindrical rim fitting (2) is placed at the center of the recessed section (5) of the bottom force (4), and an annular top force (6) is fitted onto the bottom force (4). An annular hollow section (7) surrounded by the outer surface of the rim fitting (2) and the inner surfaces of the bottom force (4) and the top force (6) is used as injecting section of a synthetic-resin stock solution. When a solid tire is molded by employing the mold (1) from a narrow annular clearance between the outside diameter of an upper cover (8) and the upper inside diameter of the top face (6), the mold (1) assembled by charging the rim fitting (2) is preheated by a preheating oven (17) while being moved by a conveyor system (16), and stopped at a specified position under a molding machine (18), and the synthetic-resin stock solution is discharged from a discharge opening (14). The liquid slowly flows into the hollow section (7) of the mold (1) along the outer circumferential surface of the upper cover (8) and the outer surface of the rim fitting (2) from an annular opening section (10) without entangling bubbles into the liquid by dropping the liquid onto the upper cover (8). |
