When the user inputs the kind of the exchanged storage medium or data to be written or exchanged, the cost for that is calculated and displayed on a display part 9. After the paid amount of money is confirmed, the exchange of the storage medium, or writing or rewriting to the storage medium is performed and the storage medium is returned from a return part 3.
