Namely, as the halved casing 1 has flexibility, a cross section thereof is deformed from a semicircular shape to a semioval shape according to an amount of the cable 9 to be accommodated inside to fix to the fixing member 2, whereby the cable 9 can suitably be kept. Thus, a bundle of cables can simply and repeatedly be fixed, and electromagnetically screened.
