Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simply fix and electromagnetically screen by a method wherein a halved casing having flexibility and projecting an engaging claw and a plate- form fixing member in which a fixing hole is arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval are provided. CONSTITUTION:A halved casing 1 having flexibility and projecting an engaging claw 16 on a parted edge 15 is provided. Also, a plate-form fixing member 2 is provided in which a fixing hole 26 for inserting the engaging claw 16 of the halved casing 1 accommodating a cable 9 inside thereinto and detachably engaging with and fixing to it is provided in parallel, and which projects and is fixed to a device structure. Namely, as the halved casing 1 has flexibility, a cross section thereof is deformed from a semicircular shape to a semioval shape according to an amount of the cable 9 to be accommodated inside to fix to the fixing member 2, whereby the cable 9 can suitably be kept. Thus, a bundle of cables can simply and repeatedly be fixed, and electromagnetically screened.
